Not sure why but at the factory they had a resistor and capacitor in line with each pickup. When we got this guitar, it sounded exceedingly thin. Cosmetically showing nicks and chips about the body, there is a crack in the pickguard at the upper bout but the pickguard screws are keeping it stable.
